337 viewsThis is the DLock used to padlock my bike to the bike rack, by the thieves, so I wouldn't be able to take my bike away. It didn't even look like much of a good lock with quite a bit of give/movement but it was enough to ensure I couldn't take my bike home.
This happened between 2015-2130. It was done in such a way that it hooked my frame firmly and I couldn't even attempt to slide it off the stays at the back, if I removed my wheel.
Below you can see my black Albus DLock.

281 viewsIn the foreground is a ripped up piece of one of my bikes stays, probably ruined when they tried to get my Abus DLock off.
In the centre background is one of my pedals. To the right you can make out the dug-up piece of pavement (I assume they considered removing the rack)

279 viewsHere's the dug-up bit of pavement. The chain, pedal, grey plastic from my DLock and the stay metal are around it. In the top right corner is my other pedal.
There are also other bits of plastic or rubber or metal strewn around.
